Affordable Missouri Wills
Todd Wagenmaker earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1996. He is a member of the Michigan Bar (1996) and Missouri Bar (1998). He has helped dozens of families plan their estates and has drafted hundreds of wills and testamentary trusts. He earned his bachelors degree at Calvin College, and his Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Seminary in California. He is married, with six children.
Todd started this service when he saw a need. Most professional estate planners are geared for wealthy clients. On the other extreme, Will kits, while affordable, do not provide good legal advice. 95% of families who have net worths of under $1 million and who have children at home have a need for solid legal advice, but do not want to pay $200 to $500 for a luxury car when they only need a minivan.
This service puts the power of the internet to work in cutting the costs of estate planning while still providing experienced, professional drafting of your estate plan document. More affordable than most estate planners, and more professional than do-it-yourself kits.
