Affordable Missouri Wills

Most parents know that they should have a will-- not so much to take care of financial assets, but to take care of their children. Unfortunately, many attorneys charge hundreds of dollars to draft a simple will, and will kits do not provide competent legal advice. Here is a potential solution: "Affordable Missouri Wills" gives competent legal advice and a will drafted for each spouse by an experienced attorney. Here is how the process works: click on "legal services" below for an overview of the estate planning process. This explains key concepts and defines key terms in planning your will. Then, click "specialization" for a data sheet, which you will need to complete and send (via fax or mail) to our attorney, Todd Wagenmaker. Once we receive your data sheet, Todd will set up a phone conference call and spend thirty minutes on the telephone with each of you (each spouse should have his or her own will), planning your will and answering your questions. Todd will then draft your will and testamentary trust and mail it to you (you will need to find two adults to witness the signing of the will for it to be a valid will). It's that easy!
